Q : Why all of your videos are Hard Subtitle?
A : Because too many irresponsible people took others' subtitle and admitted it was theirs (LOL). That's why we make it hard subtitle and add small logo of us there.
Q : Can I ask for Soft Subtitle?
A : BIG NO. SORRY.
Q : How long do I have to wait for your subtitles?
A : It depends. Because our team are workers, so we just have evening time for it. But we try hard to finish as fast as we can.
Q : Can I request subtitle?
A : You can. Because our first pick is Dorama or Movie that haven't subtitle first. But let us consider it, Because we only have a few people.
